Mortgage Keywords Tool

I wrote this Mortgage Keywords Tool as a keyword discovery tool to create a custom list of keywords for optimizing my clients' mortgage websites. It is a Google keyword tool, because it is designed as a mortgage SEO keyword tool to improve your Google rankings, but it is not the THE Google Keyword Tool, which is located here! I use this site in conjunction with Google's free Keyword Tool to perform my mortgage keyword research prior to starting SEO work for a client's mortgage website.

It's easy to use...just enter your state and a few cities, counties, or other local geographic areas. Then select the keyword modifiers you want to optimize for and let her rip. No more clunky Excel formulas, cutting, pasting, concatenation, etc., etc.

The keyword modifiers you see in the right column are the most popularly searched keywords for mortgage. As I run into the need for other keywords for various unique websites, I'll add them here. You will get a list of common variations of these when this program crunches through the data for you.

Hit "Submit Keywords" at the bottom of the page, and bammo...it's quick and easy to find out how your site ranks on Google for each and every one of your keywords using the featured software, selected through years of real estate and mortgage SEO experience.
